Twin Trees, Inc.'s organizational structure allows for a variety of employment positions, from CEO to Direct Care Staff, including Program Director, Administrative Officer, Fiscal Assistant, Clerk Typist, Program Specialist and Residential Site Coordinators.  As these positions become available, every effort is made to promote within our agency.

Requirements for a Residential Program Trainee are:

High School Diploma or equivalent

A valid Pennsylvania driver's license

You must be insurable

Requirements for a Residential Program Worker are:

Six months of experience as a residential program trainee;

OR

                             One year of experience in a human services agency working with the              mentally disabled, the elderly, or children and youth;

OR

Two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the human services field;

OR

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

AND

A valid Pennsylvania driver's license

You must be insurable
