The staff at Twin Trees, Inc. is made up of well-educated, dedicated, highly motivated professionals who take a personal interest in the well-being and development of each individual.  The agency is run with a team approach and each member of the team - the individual, family, direct care staff, supervisors and administrators - has a voice to be heard.

Professional staff training and development is ongoing as members attend workshops and in-service programs which keep them informed of the latest innovations and advances in their field.

The agency also serves as an internship site for university students in various disciplines of human services.
